1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You may only open an account at lv777 if you meet all of the following requirements. We verify eligibility at registration and again before your first withdrawal.

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You are registering for yourself — not on behalf of another person or any third party.
• You have not previously had an lv777 account closed for rule violations.

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending balances.

2. Account Rules & Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. lv777 will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere.
• Do not share your account with family members, friends, or any third party.
• All bets and transactions made from your account are your responsibility, even if placed by someone else using your device.
• lv777 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

lv777 accepts deposits through the following methods, all available to Bangladesh players:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will be returned and your account may be reviewed. lv777 does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile banking provider may apply its own service charges.

4. Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. The standard processing time is within 25 minutes once your request is approved. The following limits apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳185,000.
• First-time withdrawals may take up to 6 hours pending KYC review (see Section 8).
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours for manual review may take slightly longer.

lv777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

5. Bonus Terms & Wagering

All lv777 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount — or winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 11× the bonus amount.

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 185% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳19,500. This bonus is credited automatically after your first qualifying deposit.

Reload Bonus

Existing players can claim a 17% reload bonus on eligible top-up deposits. Check the promotions page for currently active reload offers.

Daily Cashback

A 1.2% daily cashback is applied to net losses from the previous day. Cashback is credited as withdrawable funds, with no wagering requirement, by 12:00 noon (UTC+6) the following day.

• Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus forfeits any active bonus balance.
• lv777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated play will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

6. Games & Fair Play

lv777 offers games from licensed providers including Sexy Gaming, FA Chai, JDB, KA Gaming, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Published RTP percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds — individual session results will vary.

• Game rules, minimum bets, and maximum bet limits are set by the game provider and displayed within each game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the bet is settled according to the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
• lv777 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical faults on a player's own device or internet connection.
• Any suspected malfunction in a game must be reported to support immediately. Continued play after a suspected malfunction voids any associated bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at lv777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account per person or household.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or software to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or any multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — these must be reported to support immediately.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or attempting to use lv777 for money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lv777 support staff or other players.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

lv777 is required to verify player identity before processing the first withdrawal. This is a standard industry requirement and is in place to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Accepted documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence.
• KYC review typically completes within 6 hours of document submission.
• Documents must be clear, unedited photographs showing all four corners of the document.

Submitting false or altered documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities. Any funds held in accounts found to have provided fraudulent documentation will be permanently frozen.

Continuing to use lv777 after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
